Normally I share five reflections from five days in the past week- five ideas, five resources, five inspirations that sparked something in me, that I think would be good to share with you.
But this past week, I didn’t have five separate things. I had one big thing. One big thing that I’ve been cooking in my mental crockpot for a couple of years.
For the last week, I pulled together something that’s been trying to come together for the past two years- an astrologically-rooted wellness program that integrates every part of what I do with people: astrology, health coaching, intuitive exploration, nervous system work, rmindset & identity shifting...the whole shebang.
The structure and delivery of the thing finally clicked. It became clear how to lead people through this vision I had.
It’s had a name and a concept for over a year: The Midlife Course Correction.
And now it has organization and clarity.
This isn’t a program about doing more, or starting over, reinventing everything, or chasing some wellness aspiriations. It’s about guiding people to find their way back to their inner coordinates—the astrological map we were born with is THE manual for pointing us toward the wisdom our body holds.
The Midlife Course Correction is about understanding your timing, your cycles, your constitution. And then learning how to work with your true nature instead of against your true nature.
Midlife can bring exhaustion, confusion, burnout- and then it can also bring great clarity, freedom, empowerment, and momentum if we know where to look! If we are given a moment to pause and SEE ourselves more clearly.
What I worked on this week is how to bring a small group of people through a process of real change- Body, Mind, and Spirit. Real HOLISTIC, lasting change.
So while I don’t really use this space to promote my work directly, I’m super excited about this and am offering it to you straight up.
